The scoreboard nobody else keeps

The Ledger

Every verdict, timestamped at publication and scored twelve months later. HELD means the call aged well. WRONG means it didn't — and it stays here anyway, because a track record you can edit isn't a track record. Commentary accounts don't keep this table. That's the point of us.

How the scoring works

Every file is reviewed twelve months after publication against a test we write down on day one: what would have to be true for this verdict to be wrong? If it happened, the row goes red. No quiet edits, no memory-holing, no "well, technically". Files №128 and earlier are being migrated into this table; the totals on the homepage receipt — 147 issued, 89% held, 12 wrong — already include them.
